SAAVETX Education Fund

We are South Asian American Voter Empowerment of Texas Education Fund (SAAVETX EF). Our organization is dedicated to lifting the voices of our diverse South Asian American community to the halls of governance. Our mission is to register to vote for all South Asians in Texas so that they may actively participate in our democracy.

Through community outreach and education, we seek to drive every voter to the poll for every election so that our collective voices are heard at the seats of power. We embrace the diversity of thought in our community and work to have our manifold ideologies represented at the polls. We do so by providing resources for voter registration and information about the voting process including topics such as absentee voting, voting deadlines, and poll locations.

Through these activities, we empower the South Asian community of Texas to enrich our state with our active participation in the democratic system.
