National Japanese American Memorial Foundation
- HQ
Washington, DC
- Founded
1992
NJAMF promotes the history and legacy of the Japanese Americans as an American story, to remind the public that what happened to Japanese Americans during World War II must never happen again to any other group, regardless of race, religion, or national origin. In addition, the memorial serves as a reminder that the Great Nations can also admit and redress grave mistakes.
