To create a volunteer-based organization that would fulfill the needs to address the underrepresented CHamorro community and preserve the heritage of the Mariana Islands to include: Guam, Saipan, Tinian and Rota through dance, music, language, health and peer mentoring. KCF provides tuition-free opportunities to perpetuate the CHamorro culture through movement and action.
