Houston Chinese Alliance (HCA), is a non-profit, non-PAC, volunteer based organization and was founded in February 2014. HCA is committed to safeguarding the rights and interests of all people, those of Chinese ethnicity in particular, in the greater Houston area, and to promoting their wellbeing and development in the United States. To this end, HCA will host lectures and forums for discussions on such topics as civil rights, current legal issues that impact the community, local security, and local and national elections. HCA will also facilitate the communications between the communities and their elected officials, promote the Chinese people’s participation in all important local and national affairs to have their voices heard, and provide assistance and support to those in need. Together, we will make HCA a true grassroots organization dedicated to the rights and interests of the Houston people, and striving for a better tomorrow.
