ASPIRE is a Boston-based non-profit organization dedicated to developing career and leadership skills for Asian American girls and women. Our organization acknowledges the specific social and cultural pressures faced by Asian American high school, college, and professional women and seeks to engage and educate Asian American girls and women to become effective life-long leaders. We value the shared experience of Asian American women: We believe that ASPIRE is a community that celebrates the voices of Asian American women and our stories. We value relationships: We value building relationships that make room for mentorship, learning, support, story-telling and community-building. We value personal growth: We believe in providing Asian American women with a unique space to support the exploration of our sense of self. We value cross-generational dialogue: We believe that Asian American women of all ages have different stories and wisdoms to share. We aim to hold dialogues between women of all generations to enrich our experiences. We value community: We believe in building a strong community of Asian American women, creating opportunities for collaborations, and connecting with communities beyond ASPIRE.
