VietAid’s mission is to build a strong Vietnamese-American community and a diverse and vibrant Fields Corner neighborhood. Since its founding in 1994, VietAid has worked to promote renewal of the Dorchester/Fields Corner communities through stronger civic engagement, development of affordable housing and commercial space, providing small business technical assistance and micro-enterprise, and offering high quality child care and youth programs to serve at risk youth from all segments of the community.
